# ClassWatcher Pricing

ClassWatcher is a Chrome extension and web app for teachers and trainers using D2L Brightspace — K-12, college/university, and corporate workplace training (a per-account environment setting tailors labels and default message recipients).
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Plans are billed monthly or yearly.

## Free
- Price: Free
- Who gets it: anyone, including without an account
- Features: see who has not submitted on the Brightspace page you are on
- Messaging credits: none

## Basic
- Price: $8 CAD/month (billed monthly)
- Classes: Unlimited
- Watched pages: Unlimited
- Messaging credits: 50 credits/month (resets monthly)
- Features: One-click scan, watch lists, parent SMS and email, contact history, student panel, CSV and Excel export, Quick Links

## Pro
- Price: $19 CAD/month (billed monthly)
- Classes: Unlimited
- Watched pages: Unlimited
- Messaging credits: 200 credits/month (resets monthly)
- Features: Everything in Basic, plus the parent report (every assignment, quiz and grade for one student), Student Marks export, and Google Sheets export and import

## School
- Price: $129 CAD/month (billed monthly)
- Teacher seats: 1 admin + 10 teachers (per-school limit — need more, just ask)
- Messaging credits: 500 credits/month (shared pool across all seats)
- Features: Everything in Pro, plus admin panel, usage reporting, shared credit pool

## Add-On Credits
Credits are used for parent messaging: 1 SMS = 1 credit, 1 email = 0.2 credits.
Purchased credit packs stack on top of your plan's monthly allowance and are valid for 12 months from purchase; referral bonus credits don't expire.

- 100 credits: $5 CAD
- 300 credits: $12 CAD
- 500 credits: $17 CAD

## Notes
- Your class lists, watch lists and the parent contact details you enter stay in your browser — our servers never receive a roster, a grade, or a piece of student work
- Two things are stored on our servers: scan history as counts per page (no student names), and a log of the messages you send, which includes the student's name and the message text, kept for 365 days
- Your data does not sync between computers: class lists, watch lists and parent contact details are stored in Chrome on each computer, so a new install starts empty (use Backup & Restore, or back up to Google Sheets). Contact history is the exception — it is stored against your account and follows you
- Works with any D2L Brightspace school installation
- No IT approval required — installs as a Chrome extension
- Cancel anytime
